GoHealth Urgent Care: Wait times Integration
Project overview
Background
The Emergency Wait Times page on northwell.edu has a significant presence on the site, the feeds displays across the healthcare system. Consistently averaging over 4,000 unique page views per month. The page is used by patient on the go and internal staff as quick emergency department references. Enhancing the page and the Northwell API with the GoHealth facilities was a win for the business, patient, and internal staff including call center operators who help direct patients to care services.
What I did
Requirement gathering with multiple stakeholders
Communication on new API requests of GoHealth's web team
Lead experience design and IA strategy, mobile and desktop
Project management and delivery timeline communication
Quality assurance testing and management
Sample wireframe & new IA
Wireframe samples rounds 1, 2, and 3. Also including elements such as full listing views, filters, and map interactions
Responsive layouts & interaction
Medium, Tablet & Mobile layouts. Used with development team to show the responsive behavior of the map across screen sizes.
